Am I trying to hold too many things at once?
What would help me feel more oriented?
Overwhelm often comes from accumulation—not inability.
THEN
Choose a way to reduce the load.
Option 1: Focus on one thing
You don’t need to address everything today.
Option 2: Lower expectations temporarily
This is a demanding season.
Option 3: Ask for support
Support can lighten the load.

Feeling overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re failing.
It means you’re carrying a lot.
